GROWN ON KOREA'S COAST. ROASTED THERE TOO.
Gim grows on ropes in cold winter water, gets pressed into paper-thin sheets, and is roasted the way it has been for centuries. Ours is farmed in Korean waters and roasted in Korea — not sourced elsewhere and re-packed.
